Ron Burnett, a retiree from Juniper Green near Edinburgh, has been named as the winner of The Camping and Caravanning Club’s 125th anniversary pennon design competitionj. The judges chose Ron’s pennon as their winning design because of its unusual composition and bold use of colour.
